New cars introduced in Japan during fiscal 2009 and thereafter include the iQ, PASSO Sette, Lexus RX450h, Lexus RX350 and IS250C. Remodeled cars in Japan during fiscal 2009 and thereafter include the Alphard (of which, the Alphard V was remodeled and newly introduced as the Vellfire), the Crown Majesta, the Wish and the Prius. New cars introduced outside Japan during fiscal 2009 and thereafter include the Venza introduced in North America in December 2008, the iQ and the Urban Cruiser introduced in Europe in January 2009 and April 2009, respectively. Remodeled cars sold in the United States during fiscal 2009 and thereafter include the Lexus RX450h, RX350 and the Prius. Remodeled cars sold in Europe during fiscal 2009 and thereafter include the Avensis, the Carolla Verso and the Prius. The IMV product lineup based on the Innovative International Multi-purpose Vehicle project (IMV) to optimize global manufacturing and supply systems is a lineup of strategic multipurpose vehicles produced from a single platform to meet market demand. The IMV product lineup includes the Hilux Vigo released in Thailand in August 2004, and as of May 31, 2009, one or all of the Hilux, Fortuner and Innova are available in all regions except for Japan and North America.

Remodeled cars in Japan during fiscal 2008 include the Crown, ist, Noah, Voxy, Land Cruiser 200, Premio, Allion, Town Ace, and Lite Ace. New cars introduced outside Japan during fiscal 2008 and thereafter include the LS600h introduced in North America and Europe in May 2007, ScionxD introduced in the United States in June 2007, and the IS F introduced in North America and Europe in July 2007. Remodeled cars sold in the United States during fiscal 2008 and thereafter include the Highlander in May 2007, Land Cruiser 200 in August 2007, LX in November 2007 and Corolla and Matrix in January 2008. Remodeled cars sold in Europe during fiscal 2008 and thereafter include the Land Cruiser 200 in August 2007 and LX in November 2007. The IMV product lineup based on the Innovative International Multi-purpose Vehicle project (IMV) to optimize global manufacturing and supply systems is a lineup of strategic multipurpose vehicles produced from a single platform to meet market demand. Recently, IMV vehicle sales is increasing in emerging countries. The IMV product lineup includes the Hilux Vigo released in Thailand in August 2004, and as of May 31, 2007, one or all of the Hilux, Fortuner and Innova are available in all regions except for Japan and North America.

Remodeled cars sold outside of Japan during fiscal 2006 and thereafter include the IS in the United States in October 2005 and Europe in November 2005, the Yaris in Europe in January 2006, the RAV4 in the United States in January 2006 and Europe in February 2006, the Camry in the United States in March 2006 and the ES in the United States in April 2006. New cars introduced in Japan during fiscal 2005 include the Passo (sold by Daihatsu as the Boon), the Porte, the Isis, the Mark X, the Harrier Hybrid and the Kluger Hybrid. During fiscal 2005, remodeled cars sold in Japan included the Crown Majesta, the Vitz, the Hiace and the Regius Ace. New cars introduced outside Japan during fiscal 2005 and thereafter include, the Aygo in Europe in February 2005, the Crown in China in February 2005 and the Scion tC in the United States in June 2004. Remodeled cars sold outside of Japan during fiscal 2005 include the Tacoma in the United States in September 2004 and the Avalon and the Lexus GS430/300 in the United States in January 2005. Toyota also began limited sales of a fuel cell hybrid vehicle in Japan and the United States in December 2002. Toyota also released a remodeled version of the Avensis in Europe in March 2003 and in Japan in October 2003. The IMV product lineup includes the Hilux Vigo released in Thailand in August 2004, the Kijang Innova in Indonesia in September 2004, the Innova in Thailand, the Philippines and India in January, February and March 2005, respectively, the Fortuner in Thailand in January 2005, and the Hilux in Argentina and South Africa in March and April 2005, respectively.
