The package includes:
Tredegar has also historically provided to a limited number of key executives, including Messrs. Gottwald, Scher and Giancaspro, a supplemental executive retirement program, or “SERP,” known as the Tredegar Corporation Retirement Benefit Restoration Plan. See “Retirement Benefits” on page 23 of this proxy statement for additional information. Effective December 31, 2005, however, further participation in Tredegar’s SERP was terminated and benefit accruals for existing participants were frozen. Tredegar does not provide executives with additional perquisites that have been utilized by many companies as additional compensation, such as:
