Marketable Securities


Marketable securities consist of commercial paper, corporate bonds and U.S. government agency fixed income securities. Marketable securities are stated at market value, and by policy, the Company invests in high grade marketable securities. All marketable securities are defined as trading securities under the provisions of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (“SFAS”) No. 115, “Accounting for Certain Investments in Debt and Equity Securities”, and unrealized holding gains and losses are reflected in earnings.
