Tumbleweed, Inc. is a restaurant owner and franchiser. The 31 Tumbleweed Southwest Mesquite Grill and Bar full service restaurants it owns outright are located in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. The company also has franchises in several other states, and abroad. TMBLQ does not regularly report financial statements, as it is traded Over the Counter (OTC); its most recent reported quarter (June 2006) had revenues at $63MM and gross profit at $10MM, and revenue had fallen nearly 5% year over year.[1]

In 2003 the company was de-listed from the NASDAQ small cap stock exchange.[2] In March 2009 the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Tumbleweed listed over 100 creditors in its filing, and listed total assets and total liabilities each in the range of $10 million to $50 million.[3]
