Annual Target Bonus. Executive shall also be entitled to receive an annual target incentive bonus of up to 50% of the Executive’s current salary, which target for the first calendar year shall be $150,000, pro-rated based upon the Executive’s length of employment during such year. The annual bonus shall be based upon the Company achieving its revenue and EBITDA goals, Executive meeting the annual goals determined by the Compensation Committee, and Executive being employed in good standing by Company at the time of the bonus payment. The amount of the annual target bonus payable to Executive in any given year shall be determined by the Compensation Committee. The annual bonus shall be paid no later than the end of February following the year for which such bonus is being paid.
