Base Salary. Base salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors, including the executives scope of responsibilities, a market competitive assessment of similar roles at other companies, and a comparison of salaries paid to peers within the Company. Base salaries are set at levels that allow the Company to attract and retain leaders that will enable the Company to deliver on its business goals. Base salaries are reviewed annually and may be adjusted after considering the above factors.
