Disability. Subject to applicable laws, the Company may terminate the Employee’s employment due to Disability by giving the Employee thirty (30) days’ advance notice in writing. For all purposes under this Agreement, “Disability” shall mean that the Employee, at the time the notice is given, has performed none of his duties under this Agreement for a period of not less than one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days as a result of any physical or mental injury or illness. In the event the Employee resumes the performance of substantially all of his duties hereunder before termination of his active employment under this Section 1(f) becomes effective, the notice of termination shall automatically be deemed to have been revoked.
