USA Truck announced that Craig S. Shelly has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Shelly began his career at USA Truck, Inc. in 2000 and most recently served as the Company’s Treasurer. He has earned bachelor degrees in both Finance/Banking and Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Shelly is also a certified public accountant and a certified treasury professional.
