On April 26, 2006, Under Armour, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006. A copy of Under Armour’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Under Armour has scheduled a conference call for 8:30 a.m. EST on April 26, 2006 to discuss its financial results, and a portion of the script for that call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
