Determination of Long-Term Cash Incentive Awards The long-term incentive target percentage for each named executive officer was approved at 50% of average base salary over the three-year incentive period. The maximum long-term cash incentive award that may be earned by a named executive officer is equal to two times the long-term incentive target percentage.

Table of ContentsThe amount of the long-term cash incentive award to be paid to the named executive officers is approved by the Compensation Committee in the first quarter of the fiscal year following the three-year performance period.
