Long-Term Cash Incentive Awards 2008 The long-term incentive target percentages for long-term cash incentive awards to our named executive officers and the actual long-term cash incentive awards paid based on 2006-2008 EPS results and the exercise of Compensation Committee discretion are set forth in the table below:
Mr. Mikan became a participant in the long-term cash incentive program in May 2006 in connection with his assumption of enterprise-wide responsibilities and, as a result, the target value of his long-term cash incentive award was prorated. The factors considered by the Compensation Committee in the exercise of its discretion in the approval of the 2006-2008 long-term cash incentive award amounts are discussed under Rationale for Individual Incentive Compensation Decisions below.
