Nackel has been appointed chief executive officer of Ingenix Consulting, and executive vice president of Ingenix, effective immediately. In his new role, Nackel oversees the largest health care and human services-focused consultancy in the U.S., leading the further development of a business that helps providers, payers, government agencies, life-science and emerging health companies achieve their objectives for growth, performance and capital.

Nackel succeeds Ted Chien, who led Ingenix Consulting successfully for four years.

Most recently, Nackel was Chairman and CEO of Three-Sixty Advisory Group, LLC, a business he founded to help emerging health care services and medical technology companies accelerate their growth, efficiency and capital. Nackel also was the global managing director of Health Care Consulting at Ernst & Young. Under his leadership, that division grew to an over $1 billion consulting services business. In addition, Nackel has served as managing director of New Ventures, Ernst & Young’s venture capital fund, and as CEO of Sogeti North America, the professional services division of Capgemini.
