(vi) Class 2D-2Unsecured Retiree Convenience Class Claims (Impaired)Class 2D-2 consists of all Unsecured Retiree Convenience Class Claims against any Debtor. In full satisfaction, settlement, release, and discharge of and in exchange for each and every Allowed Class 2D-2 Claim, on the Distribution Date, each Holder of an Allowed Class 2D-2 Claim shall receive Cash equal to such Holders pro rata share of the Unsecured Retiree Convenience Class Distribution. Class 2D-2 is Impaired, and Holders of Class 2D-2 Claims are entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan. Each Holder of an Unsecured Retiree Convenience Class Claim against any Debtor may elect to opt out of such Class and be treated as a Class 2E-6 Other Unsecured Claim, but may only make such election on the Holders Ballot prior to the Voting Deadline. Absent such an election, the Holder of a Class 2D-2 Claim shall be deemed to have agreed to an Allowed Claim in the amount set forth by the Debtors on the Holders respective Ballot. If the Holder elects to be treated as a Class 2E-6 Other Unsecured Claim and asserts a Claim greater than the amount listed by the Debtors on the first page of the Holders respective Ballot, then the Debtors reserve their rights to challenge the amount of such Claim.
