Product Liability and Insurance
 
The nature of our business may subject us to product liability and other lawsuits. To the extent that we are subject to claims which exceed or are outside of our liability insurance coverage, such suits could have a material adverse effect on our results of operations. See “Risk Factors — Risks Related to Our Business.” See Item 7. We have not suffered any material losses from such lawsuits in the past.
