Shareholder Communication with Directors
 
Shareholders may communicate with the Company’s Board of Directors by sending a letter addressed to the Board of Directors or to specified individual directors to: Valley National Gases Incorporated, c/o Secretary, 200 West Beau Street, Suite 200, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301. All communications will be compiled by the Secretary of the Company and submitted to the Board or the individual directors on a periodic basis.
