The 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on May 29, 2008, at our corporate offices, located at 487 East Middlefield Road, Mountain View, California. Two proposals were voted on at the meeting. The results of each proposal are as follows: Proposal No. 1 to elect six directors of VeriSign, each to serve a one-year term, or until a successor has been elected and qualified or until the directors earlier resignation or removal, was approved by the stockholders.
