The effective date (“Effective Date”) for purposes of this Agreement shall be March 1, 2006. Section 1.2 Top-Level Domain. The Top-Level Domain to which this Agreement applies is .com (“TLD”). Section 1.3 Designation as Registry Operator. Upon the Effective Date, until the Expiration Date as defined in Section 4.1 hereof, ICANN shall continue to recognize VeriSign, Inc. as the sole registry operator for the TLD (“Registry Operator”). |
