LEASE THIS LEASE (“Lease”) is made as of June 19, 2008, (the “Effective Date”) by and between PR III Middlefield Road, LLC, a California limited liability company, (“Landlord”) and VeriSign, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Tenant”). W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, Landlord owns fee simple title to a parcel of land, more particularly described as the “Land” below, upon which are currently constructed surface parking areas, infrastructure components and the following improvements: (i) the building commonly known as 675 East Middlefield Road, Mountain View, California containing approximately 52,931 rentable square feet of interior floor area and (ii) the building commonly known as 685 East Middlefield Road, Mountain View, California containing approximately 105,950 rentable square feet of interior floor area. WHEREAS, Landlord desires to lease the Property to Tenant and Tenant desires to lease the Property from Landlord, upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. |
