The Company maintains a defined contribution 401(k) plan (the 401(k) Plan) for substantially all of its U.S. employees. Under the 401(k) Plan, eligible employees may contribute up to 20% of their pre-tax salary, subject to the Internal Revenue Service annual contribution limits. In 2008, 2007 and 2006, the Company matched 50% of the employees contribution up to a total of 6 % of the employees annual salary. The Company contributed $7.4 million, $6.3 million, and $5.7 million in 2008, 2007 and 2006, respectively, under the 401(k) Plan. The Company can terminate matching contributions at its discretion at any time.
