As consideration for our sale of our Network Solutions domain name registrar business on November 25, 2003, we received a $40 million senior subordinated note from Network Solutions that matures over five years from the date of the closing of the sale. The note is subordinated to a term loan made by the senior lender to the Network Solutions business in the principal amount of $40 million as of the closing date. We received a payment of $17.8 million, comprised of both principal and interest, on the note from Network Solutions in March 2005. In addition to the note, we also hold a 15% interest in the Network Solutions business. We may never be repaid for the remaining amount owed under the promissory note and we may never realize any value from our membership interest.
