On February 28, 2007, Virgin Media Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the results for the three months ended December 31, 2006. Payment of a quarterly cash dividend.
On February 27, 2007, the board of directors (the Board) of the Company approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on March 20, 2007 to stockholders of record as of March 12, 2007. Future payments of regular quarterly dividends by the Company are in the Boards discretion and will be subject to the Companys future needs and uses of free cash flow, which could include investments in operations, the repayment of debt, and share repurchase programs.
