Employees

As of June 30, 2008, we had 1,466 full-time employees, of which 463 were employed in Lexington, Massachusetts, United States; 209 in Venlo, the Netherlands; 327 in our facility located near Windsor, Ontario, Canada; 81 in Barcelona, Spain, 7 in Winterthur, Switzerland, and 379 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. In addition, as of June 30, 2008, we also employed approximately 145 temporary employees at our manufacturing facilities, most of whom were employed full time by us for at least six months. None of our employees are represented by a labor union or covered by a collective bargaining agreement; however, we are required to provide 203 of our employees in our Venlo facility with compensation and benefits equal to or greater than those provided in a collective bargaining agreement covering employees in the Dutch printing trade, and employees in our Barcelona office compensation and benefits equal to or greater than those of the Catalonian collective bargaining agreement for office businesses. We have not experienced any work stoppages and believe that relations with our employees are good.

employed approximately 120 temporary employees at our manufacturing facilities, most of whom were employed full time by us for at least six months. None of our employees are represented by a labor union or covered by a collective bargaining agreement; however, we are required to provide 78 of our employees in our Venlo facility with compensation and benefits equal to or greater than those provided in a collective bargaining agreement covering employees in the Dutch printing trade, and employees in our Barcelona office compensation and benefits equal to or greater than those of the Catalonian collective bargaining agreement for office businesses. We have not experienced any work stoppages and believe that relations with our employees are good.

As of June 30, 2006, we had 695 full-time employees, of which 243 were employed in Lexington, Massachusetts, United States; 40 in Venlo, the Netherlands; 153 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada; and 259 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. None of our employees are represented by a labor union or covered by a collective bargaining agreement, except that we are required to provide 32 of our employees in our Venlo facility with compensation and benefits equal to or greater those provided in a collective

bargaining agreement covering employees in the Dutch printing trade. We have not experienced any work stoppages and believe that relations with our employees are good.
