CONTROL of Viz Branz, which had been the subject of a father and son feud, has passed back to the son after he acquired his father's entire stake in the cereal and beverage maker.
VIZ BRANZ executive director and founder Chng Khoon Peng has lodged a complaint with the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) against the beverage firm's managing director and deputy chairman, Ben Chng Beng Beng, who is also his son.
A BITTER legal row within the father-and-son team controlling listed beverage firm Viz Branz has been settled amicably before the case went to open court.
