5.2          DISTRIBUTION ON ACCOUNT OF DISPUTED CLAIMS

 

Notwithstanding Section 5.1 hereof, a Distribution shall be made to the Holder of a Disputed Claim only when, and to the extent that, such Disputed Claim becomes Allowed and pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this Plan covering the class of which such Disputed Claim is a part. No Distribution shall be made with respect to all or any portion of any

Disputed Claim pending the entire resolution thereof in the manner prescribed by Section 5.1 hereof.

 

4.5.2       Distribution on Account of Disputed Claims

 

Section 5.2 of the Plan provides for the timing and extent of Distributions for Disputed Claims which become Allowed.
