Exercise of Options. Each Option shall be exercisable at such times prior to the Expiration Date and be subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Committee shall determine in its discretion, including, without limitation, restrictions on the Shares acquired pursuant to the exercise of such Option.

Exercise of Options. Options awarded under the Plan shall be exercisable at such times and shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions, including the performance of a minimum period of service after the grant, as the Committee may impose, which need not be uniform for all participants; provided, however, that no Option shall be exercisable for more than 10 years after the date on which it is granted.

6.5 Exercise of Options. Options granted under this Article 6 shall be exercisable at such times and be subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Committee shall in each instance approve, which terms and restrictions need not be the same for each grant or for each Participant.
