Forfeiture for Cause. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Plan to the contrary, if the Participant commits one or more Forfeiting Acts during his employment with the Company, all benefits due the Participant or his Beneficiary shall be forfeited. This provision shall apply regardless of the date the Company first learns of the occurrence of a Forfeiting Act.

Forfeiture for Cause.
