No Funding nor Guarantee. This plan is unfunded. Nothing contained in the Plan shall be deemed to create a trust or fiduciary relationship of any kind. The rights of Participants and of any Beneficiary shall be no greater than the rights of unsecured general creditors of the Company. Nothing contained in the Plan constitutes a guarantee by the Company that the assets of the Company will be sufficient to pay any benefit to any person.
