Re-Employment. Any Participant who terminates employment shall not be eligible to participate in the Plan on re-employment unless the Committee so determines. In such event, the Committee shall specify the effective date of the Participant’s renewed eligibility. The Committee shall notify each re-employed former Participant of his eligibility, of the effective date and of the conditions of participation.
