Request for Review of a Denial of a Claim for Benefits. Upon the receipt by the claimant of written notice of denial of the claim, the claimant may within ninety (90) days file a written request to the full Committee, requesting a review of the denial of the claim, which review shall include a hearing if deemed necessary by the Committee. In connection with the claimant’s appeal of the denial of his claim, he may review relevant documents and may submit issues and comments in writing.
