This excerpt taken from the GWW 10-K filed Feb 27, 2009. Severability. The
provisions of the Agreement shall be severable, and in the event that any
provision of it is found to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall
be binding and enforceable on the parties as drafted. In the
event that any provision is found to be unenforceable, the parties consent
to the Court’s modification of that provision in order to make the
provision enforceable, subject to the limitations of the Court’s powers
under the law.

If any part of the Plan is declared to be unlawful or invalid, such unlawfulness or invalidity shall not invalidate any other part of the Plan. Any part of the Plan so declared to be unlawful or invalid shall, if possible, be construed in a manner which will give effect to the terms of such part to the fullest extent possible while remaining lawful and valid.
17.4. 21.4 Severability. In the event any provision of this Plan shall be held illegal or invalid for any reason, the illegality or invalidity shall not affect the remaining parts of this Plan, and this Plan shall be construed and enforced as if the illegal or invalid provision had not been included.
