On February 3, 2009, R. Michael Curtin, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for WCI Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intention to resign effective March 31, 2009. Mr. Curtin is leaving the Company to pursue new opportunities.
