Promotions

--  At Qi for three years, Chris Cullman has been promoted to associate
    creative director, digital from the position of group art supervisor,
    interactive development.
--  Danielle Munson, with Qi for more than three years, has advanced from
    account supervisor to account group supervisor.
--  Shane Mayer, a Qi employee of two years, also has been elevated from
    account supervisor to account group supervisor.
--  Kathie Marshall, an employee with Qi for more than two years, has been
    promoted from senior project manager to project group supervisor.
--  Timothy Kosnik has been elevated from assistant account executive to
    account executive.
--  Ruby Brown has advanced to project manager from her prior post as an
    associate project manager. Ms. Brown has been with Qi for two years.
--  Uram Joshua Lee, with Qi for more than a year, has risen to the
    position of associate art director from his previous stint as an
    interactive designer. Mr. Lee will continue to design for Qi, as well as
    coordinate projects with other designers.
--  Ross O'Shea has advanced to the spot of senior interactive designer
    from his prior role as associate interactive designer. Mr. O'Shea has been
    with Qi for more than a year.
    

New Hires

--  Ilya Gasinskiy joins Qi as vice president, director of technology.
    Prior to joining Qi, Mr. Gasinskiy was the co-founder of Reqo Inc., a
    software architectural company, in New York City.
--  Modesto Rodriguez comes to Qi as a group interactive art director.
    Previously, Mr. Rodriguez worked as a creative director at eFashion
    Solutions, a leading full-service eCommerce provider, located in Secaucus.
--  Shweta Patel enters Qi as a senior interactive developer. Most
    recently, Ms. Patel was a software engineer at Vero Systems, a provider of
    margin management products and services for the carrier industry, in
    Howell.
--  Swan Oey joins Qi as an account group supervisor. Before joining Qi,
    Mr. Oey was a product manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, a specialty
    biopharmaceutical company, located in Parsippany.
--  Kate Brancaleone and Alex Turoczi both enter Qi as account
    supervisors. Prior to joining Qi, Ms. Brancaleone was employed as an
    account executive at Deutsch, a full-service advertising agency located in
    New York City. Most recently, Mr. Turoczi served as a senior account
    manager for Acxiom Digital, an interactive marketing services company, in
    New York City.
--  Samuel Mogadati comes to Qi as a quality assurance manager.
    Previously, Mr. Mogadati was a lead quality assurance analyst at Trafelet
    Delta Funds, a management investment company, in New York City.
