Amount Payable Upon Declaration of Maturity of Discount Note.  With respect to any Note which is a Discount Note, the portion of the principal amount of any Discount Note which is payable upon redemption prior to the Stated Maturity thereof or upon declaration of acceleration of the Stated Maturity thereof pursuant to Section 6.2 of the Indenture will be as provided in the applicable Note.
