Calculation of Floating Rates.  The interest rate in effect with respect to a Floating Rate Note from the date of issue to the first Interest Reset Date will be the Initial Interest Rate.  The interest rate for each subsequent Interest Reset Date will be determined by the Calculation Agent as follows:
