These excerpts taken from the DIS 10-K filed Nov 20, 2008. 6.2 Code Section 409A Aggregation Rules The Company has the authority to provide to any individual or individuals selected by the Company or Committee benefits under the Plan or under a separate agreement, method, program or other arrangement that constitutes a nonaccount balance plan.
