Coleman, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, have agreed that his employment with the Company will end effective February 29, 2008 pursuant to Paragraph 12(c) of the Employment Agreement dated as of September 12, 2006 between the Company and Mr. Coleman.
