Persons to Whom Interest Payable.  Unless otherwise specified in a Note or an applicable Pricing Supplement, interest will be payable to the person in whose name a Note is registered at the close of business (whether or not a Business Day) on the Regular Record Date with respect to such payment of interest; provided, however, that interest payable at Maturity will be payable to the person to whom principal is payable.
