The company has 425 BSAs (Building Service Agreements). The company pays the building owner monthly rent or revenue share to market and sell it products to people in the building. Revenue sharing has been the best option since the building owners would help market the company's products. 
The market for in-building wireless systems was $3.8 billion in 2007, and according to ABI Research, it is expected to grow to $15 billion in 2013. The demand is driven by consumer's dependence on wireless voice and messaging communications. According to Deloitte TMT Trends Report, 70% of mobile calls have moved indoors, including mobile data, and the trend is expected to continue. 
The company's initial public offering of stock filed on the NASDAQ exchange on 8 February 2010. The offer is priced in the range $9.00 - $11.00. The company plans to sell 8.3 million shares to raise $83 million. 
For FY2009 with year ended 31 December 2009, the company reported operating revenue of $79.9 million, up 1.8% from $78.5 million in operating revenue for FY2008. Furthermore, the company reported a net loss of $21.5 million for FY2009, a decrease from a net loss of $1.2 million for FY2008.
