Pledged Certificated Stock” means all Certificated Securities and any other Stock and Stock Equivalent of a Person evidenced by a certificate, Instrument or other equivalent document, in each case owned by any Grantor, including all Stock listed on Schedule 10(a) or Schedule 10(b) to the Perfection Certificate other than Excluded Equity.
 
“Pledged Collateral” means, collectively, the Pledged Stock, Pledged Debt Instruments, any other

Investment Property of any Grantor, all chattel paper, certificates or other Instruments representing any of the foregoing and all Security Entitlements of any Grantor in respect of any of the foregoing.  Pledged Collateral may, without limitation, be General Intangibles, Instruments or Investment Property.
