Repayment on Maturity Date. Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the entire aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding on the Maturity Date shall be

repaid on such date, unless such date is not a Business Day, in which case such payment will be made on the Business day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.
