A grantee of shares and, except for the restrictions on transferability, a grantee of Restricted Shares will have the rights of a holder of the shares of Class A Common Stock or Class B Common Stock, as applicable, including the right to receive dividends paid on such shares and the right to vote such shares at meetings of stockholders of the Company. However, no optionee will have any of the rights of a stockholder with respect to any shares of Class A Common Stock or Class B Common Stock unless and until he or she has exercised his or her option with respect to such shares of Class A Common Stock or Class B Common Stock and has paid the full purchase price therefor.
