Interest Rate Cap
As of
December 31, 2007 the Company held one interest rate cap with a notional amount
of $40.0 million that was not designated as a hedge. As of December 31, 2007 the
cap had a net negative fair value of $0.2 million recorded in derivative
liabilities in the consolidated balance sheet. The Company will receive payments
based on the spread in rates, if the three-month LIBOR rate increases above a
certain agreed upon contractual rate and the Company will make payments based on
a nominal fixed interest rate. For the year ended December 31, 2007 the Company
recognized a loss of $0.2 million in net gain (loss) on derivatives related to
the cap.
