OTHER EVENTS

On May 17, 2017, Westell Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase program of up to $2 million of its Class A common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
