With respect to certain of the services described above, if the actual cost to the service provider of providing such services is different than the costs allocated to a service recipient pursuant to the Transition Services Agreement, the service provider or service recipient, as applicable, will reimburse the other party so that the amount ultimately paid for such services reflects the actual cost. Severance. When the employment of certain employees providing transition services is terminated, the service recipients that had received services from such employees will reimburse the service provider for any severance costs payable to such employees, except in certain circumstances. |
