Distribution Agreements We have agreements with certain subsidiaries of Travelport pursuant to which we provide Travelport with certain of our products and services, such as hotel room inventory from our lodging business and inventory from our vacation exchange and rental business, for distribution through the various distribution channels of Travelport, including its global distribution system. Generally, these agreements extend for an initial term of one to four years unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. We have paid approximately $6 million, $3 million and $3 million in 2005, 2004 and 2003, respectively, with respect to these agreements, and we have received approximately $338,000 and $109,000 in 2005 and 2004, respectively, and less than $1,000 in 2003, with respect to these agreements. |
