On October 24, 2012, the Board of Directors of Wynn Resorts, Limited approved a cash dividend of $8.00 per share of its outstanding common stock, which includes the $0.50 per common share quarterly dividend. This cash dividend will be payable on November 20, 2012 to stockholders of record on November 7, 2012.
