BAODING, China, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), one of the world's leading vertically integrated photovoltaic ("PV") product manufacturers, today announced that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009, before the U.S. market opens on Friday, November 13, 2009.

The Company has scheduled a corresponding conference call and live webcast to discuss the results at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 13, 2009, which corresponds to 9:00 PM Beijing/Hong Kong time the same day.
