Yamana Gold declares quarterly dividend

TORONTO, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - YAMANA GOLD INC. (TSX:YRI; NYSE:AUY; LSE:YAU) today announced its fourth quarter dividend of US$0.01 per share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, December 31, 2009 will be entitled to receive payment of this dividend on Thursday, January 14, 2010. The dividend is an "eligible dividend" for Canadian tax purposes.
