Future Subsidiary Guarantors.  The Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor shall cause each Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower which, after the date hereof (if not then a Subsidiary Guarantor), becomes a Restricted Subsidiary to become an Additional Subsidiary Guarantor which shall be bound by the Guarantee of the Obligations in the form set forth herein, shall pledge all of its assets pursuant to the Security Agreement and comply with all requirements of the Security Agreement.
