Their product line has grown into a wide variety of accessories for almost any electronic portable device. Their products are widely distributed and found in many of the major stores and Malls.

The company started to be traded publicly in 2007, and has been growing since. With the ever growing use of smartphones and other portable devices the need for protective cases and screen protectors is also growing. With new smartphones being upgraded or updated new covers and protectors will also be needed.

On June 21, 2011 the company announced the acquisition of iFrogz Inc. for $105 million, a mobile device accessories maker.

It has been mentioned that ZAGG is set to join the Russell 3000 Index when Russell Investments reconstitutes its comprehensive set of global equity indexes on June 24, 2011. This could give ZAGG even more recognition.
